The Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Foxhunt Financial grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Site and its Content solely for lawful personal or internal business purposes relating to the evaluation of Foxhunt Financial’s services.

- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any Content;

- Provide Site Content to another party for resale, redistribution, publication, or commercial use.
No ownership interest or intellectual property right is transferred to any user through access to the Site.
The Foxhunt Financial name, logo, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of Foxhunt Financial’s intellectual property may result in suspension of access and the pursuit of available legal remedies.
Foxhunt Financial recognizes that prospective clients, principals, businesses, brokers, intermediaries, and representatives may submit confidential, proprietary, financial, commercial, personal, or transaction-related information in connection with an inquiry or proposed opportunity.
Submitted information may be reviewed, processed, retained, and disclosed as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to an inquiry;
- Conduct preliminary qualification or due-diligence reviews;
- Assess whether an opportunity may satisfy applicable institutional criteria;
- Coordinate the preparation or submission of documentation;
- Verify identity, ownership, authority, assets, or transaction information;
- Facilitate introductions to relevant institutions or professional service providers;
- Support compliance, KYC, AML, sanctions-screening, fraud-prevention, or risk-management procedures;
- Obtain legal, accounting, technical, security, or compliance support; or
- Comply with applicable laws, legal processes, regulatory requests, or governmental requirements.
Foxhunt Financial may share submitted information with employees, contractors, advisers, compliance personnel, participating institutions, and other third parties who reasonably require access for one or more of these purposes.
Foxhunt Financial uses commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information under its control. Such measures may include access restrictions, secure document-transfer methods, authentication controls, vendor-management procedures, and internal limitations on the use and disclosure of confidential information.
However, no website, electronic communication, transmission method, database, cloud platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge that they submit and transmit information electronically at their own risk.
Users should not send private keys, wallet seed phrases, passwords, complete account credentials, or other information capable of independently authorizing the movement of assets. Foxhunt Financial does not need and will not request a wallet seed phrase or private key as part of its ordinary intake or referral process.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, email accounts, passwords, wallets, credentials, and communications.
Foxhunt Financial shall not be responsible for unauthorized access, interception, loss, alteration, or disclosure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including compromised user accounts, malware, phishing, third-party platform failures, or a user’s failure to follow reasonable security practices.
FTC guidance similarly recognizes that businesses should collect only what they need, protect retained information, dispose of it appropriately, and maintain a plan for security incidents.
Foxhunt Financial’s collection, use, processing, retention, and disclosure of personal information are further described in the Foxhunt Financial Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By accessing the Site, submitting a form, providing contact details, requesting information, or otherwise communicating with Foxhunt Financial, users consent to receiving communications related to their inquiry, documentation, compliance review, referral, transaction status, or requested services.
Communications may be delivered through:
- Email;
- Telephone;
- Text message;
- Secure document portals;
- Video-conferencing platforms;
- Electronic messaging services; or
- Other communication methods agreed upon by the parties.
Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for promptly notifying Foxhunt Financial when that information changes.
Users acknowledge that ordinary email and electronic messaging may not always be secure. Foxhunt Financial may require sensitive documentation to be delivered through an approved secure transfer method rather than through ordinary email.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic records, electronic acknowledgments, scanned signatures, digital signatures, and documents executed electronically may be used in connection with Foxhunt Financial’s services and may have the same legal effect as paper records or handwritten signatures.
Nothing in these Terms requires Foxhunt Financial or any participating institution to accept a particular electronic signature, document format, communication method, or electronic record. A participating institution may require original documents, notarization, authentication, certification, or another specific execution method.
Federal law generally provides that a contract or signature may not be denied legal effect solely because it is electronic, while also recognizing that a person cannot ordinarily be forced to accept electronic records or signatures.
Users may withdraw consent to receive nonessential marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included with those communications. Transactional, compliance, security, and administrative communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary.
The Site may contain links or references to websites, platforms, institutions, lenders, banks, custodians, professional advisers, regulatory bodies, technology providers, compliance vendors, or other third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes only.
Unless expressly stated in writing, the inclusion of a third-party link or reference does not constitute:
- An endorsement or recommendation;
- A representation regarding the third party’s licensing, solvency, security, competence, or reliability;
- A partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship;
- A guarantee regarding the availability or quality of third-party services; or
- An acceptance of responsibility for the third party’s conduct.
Foxhunt Financial does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, cybersecurity practices, privacy policies, fees, terms, representations, products, services, or business operations.
Users who access a third-party website or engage a third-party provider do so at their own discretion and risk. Users should independently review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, credentials, regulatory status, security practices, and contractual documentation before providing information or entering into any arrangement.
Foxhunt Financial shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, claim, or dispute arising from a user’s access to or reliance upon a third-party website, product, service, communication, or representation.
Foxhunt Financial may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate a user’s access to the Site, intake process, communications, referral process, or services.
Foxhunt Financial may take such action where it reasonably believes that:
- A user has violated these Terms;
- Information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, inconsistent, altered, or unverifiable;
- The user lacks authority to represent an asset owner, business, trust, wallet holder, or other principal;
- Required documentation has not been provided;
- A proposed transaction presents legal, compliance, reputational, security, fraud, or operational concerns;
- The user has attempted to evade, accelerate, bypass, or interfere with required procedures;
- Continued involvement could expose Foxhunt Financial or another party to liability;
- A participating institution has declined or terminated its review;
- A program, service, institution, or opportunity is no longer available; or
- Suspension or termination is required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or institutional policy.
Foxhunt Financial is not required to provide a detailed explanation for declining an inquiry, suspending a review, withholding an introduction, or terminating communications, particularly where doing so could reveal confidential compliance procedures, third-party information, fraud-prevention methods, or legally restricted information.
Suspension or termination does not affect rights, obligations, disclaimers, limitations, or liabilities that accrued before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-resolution provisions—shall remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foxhunt Financial and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, consultants, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages arising from or relating to:
- Access to or use of the Site;

- Failure to obtain approval, financing, onboarding, acceptance, or participation;
- Changes in program availability, eligibility, pricing, terms, or regulatory requirements;
- Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, business, or data;
- Digital-asset price movements or market volatility;
- Wallet errors, blockchain delays, failed transactions, lost credentials, compromised accounts, or cybersecurity incidents;
- Statements or conduct of any third party;
- Website interruptions, software defects, communications failures, malware, or unauthorized access; or
- Any event outside Foxhunt Financial’s reasonable control.
Foxhunt Financial shall not be liable for decisions made by a user or third party based upon information appearing on the Site or communicated during a preliminary review or referral process.
Foxhunt Financial does not assume responsibility for independently verifying every statement, document, valuation, wallet, asset, ownership claim, or representation submitted by a user or third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Foxhunt Financial for any claim arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount paid directly by the claimant to Foxhunt Financial for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event; or
- One hundred United States dollars.
The limitations contained in this section apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even where Foxhunt Financial has been advised of the possibility of damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Foxhunt Financial and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, consultants, and agents from and against claims, demands, investigations, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:
- The user’s access to or use of the Site;
- The user’s violation of these Terms;
- False, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inaccurate information supplied by the user;
- The user’s violation of applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or third-party rights;
- A dispute concerning ownership, control, authority, entitlement, commissions, compensation, or intermediary status;
- Documents, assets, wallets, projects, transactions, or opportunities introduced or submitted by the user;
- The user’s breach of a confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-circumvention, referral, intermediary, or other agreement;
- The user’s misuse of Foxhunt Financial’s name, Content, systems, communications, introductions, or relationships;
- Claims brought by a principal, asset owner, beneficial owner, intermediary, broker, institution, or other third party connected to the user; or
- Negligent, reckless, fraudulent, unlawful, or intentional conduct by the user.
Foxhunt Financial reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification. The user agrees to cooperate fully in that defense and may not settle a covered claim in a manner that imposes liability, obligations, admissions, or restrictions upon Foxhunt Financial without Foxhunt Financial’s prior written consent.
The indemnification obligations in this section survive suspension, termination, and discontinuation of the user’s access to the Site or services.
Foxhunt Financial shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, suspension, inability to perform, or loss caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather;
- War, invasion, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental emergency;
- Epidemics, pandemics, public-health restrictions, or quarantines;
- Governmental actions, sanctions, embargoes, regulatory changes, court orders, or legal restrictions;
- Banking interruptions, institutional closures, liquidity events, or payment-system failures;
- Blockchain congestion, protocol failures, forks, network interruptions, or validator failures;
- Cyberattacks, ransomware, denial-of-service attacks, malicious code, or unauthorized system intrusions;
- Failures of internet, telecommunications, hosting, cloud, software, electricity, or data-service providers;
- Labor disputes, strikes, shortages, or transportation disruptions;
- Failure or delay by a third-party institution, service provider, contractor, or counterparty; or
- Any other event that Foxhunt Financial could not reasonably prevent or overcome.
During such an event, Foxhunt Financial’s affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption.
Foxhunt Financial may modify procedures, extend timelines, substitute providers, suspend services, discontinue an opportunity, or terminate an affected process where reasonably necessary in response to the event.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site, Foxhunt Financial’s services, communications, referrals, or the relationship between a user and Foxhunt Financial shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and informal discussions.
A party asserting a dispute must provide written notice describing:
- The nature and factual basis of the dispute;
- The relief or resolution requested; and
- Relevant supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter.
The parties shall have thirty days after receipt of the notice to attempt an informal resolution, unless they mutually agree to another period.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered in Arizona by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its applicable commercial rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in English. The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law but shall not award relief inconsistent with these Terms.
Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Arizona law recognizes written agreements to submit disputes to arbitration as generally valid and enforceable, subject to ordinary grounds for revoking a contract.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
- Seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief;
- Protecting intellectual property or confidential information;
- Pursuing a matter in an eligible small-claims court; or
- Reporting suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate governmental or regulatory authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law or a separate written agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court, arbitrator, or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Where modification is permitted, the provision shall be interpreted or modified as narrowly as necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original purpose as closely as possible.
If the provision cannot be modified or enforced, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of the severed provision.
Foxhunt Financial’s failure or delay in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right, remedy, power, or privilege.
A single or partial exercise of any right shall not prevent any later or additional exercise of that right or any other right.
Any waiver by Foxhunt Financial must be expressly stated in writing and applies only to the specific matter and circumstances identified in that written waiver. A waiver concerning one breach or event shall not constitute a waiver of any later, continuing, or different breach or event.
The rights and remedies available to Foxhunt Financial under these Terms are cumulative and are in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Foxhunt Financial may revise, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices, technology, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, institutional relationships, or risk-management procedures.
The current version of the Terms will be posted on this Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Unless otherwise required by law, updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued access to or use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
Where Foxhunt Financial determines that a change is material, it may provide additional notice through the Site, email, or another reasonable communication method. Users remain responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
No modification proposed by a user shall be binding upon Foxhunt Financial unless contained in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Foxhunt Financial.

Formal legal notices should clearly identify the sender, provide current contact information, describe the relevant matter in reasonable detail, and include any supporting documentation necessary for Foxhunt Financial to evaluate the notice.
