A Lending Pathway for Qualified Borrowers

Foxhunt Financial facilitates access to lending and structured credit solutions for qualified businesses, projects, and borrowers seeking capital for a range of commercial and financial needs. Financing may support project development, business expansion, working capital, transactions, and other qualified capital requirements.

Each lending opportunity is evaluated independently. Loan availability, financing structure, documentation requirements, repayment terms, and institution-specific requirements are determined by the lending institution based on the borrower, project, transaction, and overall financial profile.

Because lending requirements vary by transaction, each request undergoes an independent review. Final approval is subject to documentation, financial capacity, project or transaction viability, compliance requirements, and the lending institution’s underwriting criteria.

qualification

Qualification

Built Around Qualified Borrowers and Projects

Lending begins with more than a request for capital. A clear financing purpose, complete documentation, demonstrated financial capacity, and readiness for underwriting are essential to moving a lending opportunity forward.

Qualified Borrower

Applicants should have an established business, entity, or project with a clearly defined financing need and identifiable use of funds.

Defined Financing Need

The requested capital should support a clearly identified business purpose, project, transaction, expansion, working capital requirement, or other qualified use.

Financial Capacity

Applicants must be prepared to demonstrate financial capacity through appropriate financial statements, projections, revenue history, repayment sources, or other supporting documentation.

Lender Readiness

Financing opportunities require complete documentation, compliance review, due diligence, and satisfaction of the lending institution’s underwriting requirements.

Underwriting & Repayment

Financial capacity, repayment sources, cash flow, projections, and supporting documentation are evaluated according to the lending institution’s underwriting requirements.

Lending
Terms

Loan amount, interest rate, financing terms, repayment structure, fees, and other conditions are established independently by the participating lending institution based on the borrower and transaction.

04

Documentation Preparation

Required identification, entity documentation, financial statements, project or transaction information, projections, use of funds, and supporting materials are assembled in preparation for institutional review.

Foxhunt's role

Foxhunt's Role

Opportunity, Prepared. Guided Forward.

Foxhunt Financial serves as an intermediary and opportunity coordinator, helping qualified borrowers, businesses, project sponsors, and authorized representatives prepare financing opportunities for institutional consideration and coordinate introductions to participating financial institutions.

Our role is to organize information, identify potential financing pathways, assist with documentation readiness, and facilitate a structured introduction to institutional providers. Each opportunity is then independently evaluated by the participating institution to determine available lending or financing options.

Foxhunt does not make lending decisions, underwrite transactions, or provide financial approvals. All financing evaluations, due diligence, underwriting, compliance reviews, and final lending decisions are conducted independently by the participating financial institution.

expectations

Expectations

Clear Expectations From the Beginning

No Upfront Foxhunt Fees

There are no upfront Foxhunt fees to submit a financing opportunity for preliminary review or institutional consideration. Foxhunt’s agreed compensation becomes payable upon successful funding and disbursement of proceeds. Participating financial institutions may have their own eligibility, onboarding, account, fee, or other requirements, which are communicated directly by the institution following introduction.

Qualification Is Not Automatic

A financing request, business history, financial strength, or project viability alone does not establish eligibility, approval, or participation. Every opportunity undergoes an independent institutional evaluation.

Timelines Vary

Review, documentation, due diligence, underwriting, and onboarding timelines vary depending on the complexity of the borrower, project or transaction, documentation readiness, and institutional procedures.

Institutional Approval Is Required

A preliminary review or institutional introduction does not constitute approval, acceptance, or funding. Final lending decisions are made solely by the participating financial institution.

Results Cannot Be Guaranteed

Program availability, loan amounts, interest rates, financing terms, funding, and final outcomes depend upon institutional evaluation and cannot be guaranteed.
