Qualification
Built Around Qualified Holdings
Institutional opportunities begin with more than asset value. Clear ownership, demonstrable control, complete documentation, and readiness for institutional review are essential to moving an opportunity forward.
Qualified Holdings
Substantial BTC or
USDT holdings aligned with the requirements of an available institutional opportunity.
Identifiable Ownership
A clearly identified beneficial owner or authorized representative prepared to provide the required ownership documentation.
Demonstrable Control
The ability to complete the required verification process and demonstrate current control of the submitted digital assets.
Institutional Readiness
Preparedness to participate in applicable due diligence, compliance review, and program-specific requirements.
the structure
The Structure
Institutional Trading Structures
Institutional trading opportunities are not one-size-fits-all. The available pathway depends upon the asset, ownership structure, custody arrangement, jurisdiction, institutional requirements, and objectives of the holder.
Asset & Ownership Review
The digital asset, beneficial ownership, wallet structure, and authority of all participating parties are reviewed before an opportunity advances.
Custody & Participation Structure
Depending upon the applicable program, participation may involve custodial or non-custodial arrangements and additional asset-control requirements.
Program-Specific Terms
Participation periods, trading structures, fees, distributions, reporting, and other terms are established through the applicable institutional documentation.
the path
The Path
From Opportunity to Institutional Review
A coordinated process helps ensure that qualified opportunities are appropriately documented, reviewed, and prepared before institutional introduction.
Initial Inquiry
The asset holder or authorized intermediary provides an overview of the holdings, ownership structure, objectives, and preferred pathway.
Preliminary Review
Foxhunt reviews the opportunity to better understand the asset, participants, documentation readiness, and general alignment with available institutional pathways.
Foxhunt Engagement & Intermediary Agreement
Prior to any institutional introduction, qualified participants enter into a Foxhunt Financial engagement and intermediary agreement outlining the scope of services, confidentiality obligations, compensation terms, and the responsibilities of each party.
Documentation Preparation
Required identity, business, beneficial ownership, asset, wallet, and supporting information is assembled and reviewed in preparation for institutional consideration.
Institutional Introduction
Qualified opportunities are introduced through a coordinated handoff to the appropriate institutional team for direct discussion and independent evaluation.
Verification & Determination
The institutional provider conducts its own due diligence, compliance review, wallet verification, technical procedures, and final determination.
Participation remains subject to institutional review, verification, program availability, and final acceptance.
Following preliminary qualification, participation in the institutional introduction process requires execution of the applicable Foxhunt Financial Engagement Agreement. The agreement outlines the scope of services, confidentiality obligations, and compensation terms. Foxhunt Financial’s compensation applies only upon qualified acceptance and participation, in accordance with the executed agreement.

Opportunity, Prepared and Guided Forward
Foxhunt Financial serves as an intermediary and opportunity coordinator for Institutional Private Placement Trading, helping qualified asset holders and their representatives understand the pathway, prepare opportunities for institutional review, and facilitate introductions to participating financial institutions.
Foxhunt conducts a preliminary review before coordinating an institutional introduction. This process is designed to clarify the opportunity, organize supporting documentation, establish the roles of participating parties, and prepare a complete submission for institutional consideration.
All program evaluations, compliance determinations, wallet verification, participation terms, and acceptance decisions are independently conducted by the participating financial institution.
Where applicable, Foxhunt Financial’s coordination, preparation, and introduction services are governed by a separate Engagement Agreement executed prior to institutional introduction.
